Mojitos are the new rage with the fine young cannibals, but I've been drinking them for years on my travels. They're particularly well liked in tropical climates because they're refreshing and always have lime or lemon and mint in them. Aqui esta a usted! Here's my current favorites:

I have to admit that I'm frankly too lazy to mix margaritas from scratch, especially when there's some great mixes out there. Just add your booze and favorite fruit and you're ready to party, muy bien! BUT, for you purists here's the classic margarita:

Despite what you may be thinking from my obsession with martinis, I do occasionally drink non-alcoholic beverages too. I practically live on smoothies in the summer (of course, a bit of rum or vodka might get tossed in after five to try out a new martini recipe!)
