I create each portrait on a one to one, individual basis only. These are not mass produced like other pop art or photo portraits. A high resolution, good quality 8"x10" (or larger) photo or print quality artwork from you is necessary for a good portrait.

HOW I CREATE AN ORIGINAL PORTRAIT
Working with you and your photo(s) (all photos will be returned upon completion of order), I will create a unique work of art fine tuned to your specific requests and requirements. These are not created with a simple graphics program like other pop art sites - each original is created to your specifications for color, form, and design, INCLUDING personalized backgrounds with favorite colors, company or personal logos, favorite shapes (like hearts, stars, etc), or a favorite pattern.
Along with your final work of art you will also receive a CD of the art files of your portrait which you can use for personal stationary, note cards etcetera.
NO ONE ELSE IN THE INDUSTRY DOES THIS!
(I retain the all copyrights and the right to use your finished image for commercial, marketing, public relations, samples and advertising purposes unless you purchase the license for full rights or it is your trademarked company logo that I am turning into a pop art for you. You must show proof of trademark ownership. You may not alter the image without my written permission.)
Prices for your ORIGINAL PORTRAIT depend on several factors listed below:

- Which style portrait, Pop or Personality, you choose.
- How many photos you wish to include and the layout of the final art
- The quality of the photo(s) you are able to supply
- The finished product size and media (canvas, print)
- Original quote is for one design, one proof and the final art media. Any alterations or changes you request after the first proof is submitted to you will incur additional costs.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due when the order is placed and you return your Commission Contract.
- Final payment is due prior to shipment of completed art. Shipping is included within the Continental U.S.
- Whether or not you choose to purchase any commercial reproduction rights. Unless you purchase the rights I retain all copyrights to the image.
