- Gene was taught how to breath fire by the magician "Amaze-O"
- Gene can breath fire 15 feet high, making him one of the top five fire breathers in the world. The record for the height of breathing fire is 20 feet
- His nicknames are "Gene the Nazarene and Genie
- Gene is Hungarian and Jewish, was born in Haifa, Israel August 25, 1949 as Chaim Witz. His family immigrated to New York City when he was eight, changing his name to Eugene Klein.
