The ADAM and EVE MARTINI
If Eve had taken that apple and made herself a martini maybe we wouldn't have lost Paradise.
Ingredients: Apple Vodka, Pomegranate Liqueur, Sour Apple Pucker, Apple Juice, Pomegranate Juice, Lime Juice, Red Apple
Most stories about Paradise and the Garden of Eden have Eve tempting Adam with an apple, but some biblical scholars say the fruit the tree of knowledge was actually a pomegranate. So I wouldn't anger any of the Powers That Be, up there or down here, I have included both fruits in this martini.
I’ve always wondered why Eve gets all the blame for mankind’s eviction from Paradise. I’m not saying she didn’t have a hand in the expulsion, but, come on, Adam didn’t have the discipline to refuse her offer and then there was that other snake in the grass pimping the fruit. . . .
I think Eve got set up as the fall guy in this whole debacle. Just sayin’.
