THE BERRY CHOCOLATE FRAPPE MARTINI
Berries, Cream and Chocolate - who could ask for more?

Ingredients: Berry Vodka, Vanilla Vodka, White Creme de Cacao, Half & Half, Frozen Raspberries



This Berry Chocolate Frappe Martini is perfect for a dessert martini to put the crowning glory on a meal or just when you need a little chocolate or raspberry fix and it's Martini Hour!

If you really want to put a dessert twist on it try making it into a frozen martini dessert:

Replace the half and half and the vanilla vodka with 2-1/2 Cups of vanilla ice cream and add 1 cup of frozen raspberries then blend it all together, pour it into a stainless steel bowl, cover it with saran wrap and freeze. Then pour the Creme de Cacao and the Berry Vodka into a small bowl, add 1 Cup of good chocolate syrup and blend this together, cover and refrigerate the sauce too.

Chill your martini glasses in the freezer as well and when your frozen martini is set up, scoop it into the chilled martini glasses, pour the chocolate berry sauce over the top, garnish with a few fresh raspberries and some chocolate shavings and serve up with a spoon!

Nothing like a little Martini Sundae for dessert!
