THE CANDY CANE MARTINI
The peppermint you loved as a kid with booze!
Ingredients: Vodka, Peppermint Schnapps, Mint Candy Cane
The Candy Cane Martini is one of my most popular Christmas Martinis. It's also one of the most simple recipes - 1.5 ounces of chilled vodka to 1/2 ounce of Peppermint Schnapps - shake with ice, pour into your chilled martini glass and rim with crushed mini candy canes.
Double the recipe if you have the larger more contemporary martini glasses of today's designer martinis - but remember you're drinking 2 martinis in 1.
If you're lazy just hang a mini candy cane on the rim BUT If you really want to wow someone take the candy canes and crush them up fine and use that as a rimmer.
