THE CHEESECAKE BROWNIE MARTINI
Cuz we need more ways to enjoy brownies & cheesecake!
Ingredients: Vanilla Vodka, Chocolate Liqueur, Heavy Cream, Lemon Juice, Bite Sized Brownies, Shaved Dark Chocolate
February 10th is National Cheesecake Brownie Day. Who knew? But it's a lovely excuse to enjoy this delicious Cheesecake Brownie Martini, if you need any excuse to enjoy a yummy dessert martini that features chocolate!
I like to rim my glass in some shaved dark chocolate and put a little brownie bite onto my martini pick but you can crumble up the brownie bite and use that as a rim too.
The small amount of lemon juice is vital to bring home the cheesecake flavor as most classic cheesecake recipes contain lemon zest in them. It also acts to bring a little balance to the sweetness from the vanilla vodka.
Make sure you shake this well so the cream and the acid from the lemon emulsify - start slowly than speed up your shaking at the end and you'll have a creamy glass full of yummy at Happy Hour!
