THE CILANTRO DILL MARTINI
It's a dilly of a martini!
Ingredients: Vodka, Lime Juice, Club Soda, Sugar, Fresh Cilantro, Fresh Dill
This is my third Cilantro Martini recipe. The first one I made was The Cilantro Ginger Martini, a cilantro martini with a touch of fresh ginger. I am not fond of fresh ginger particularly but I love cilantro so my second try was a straight Cilantro Martini - one of my top ten favorite martinis now!
This Cilantro Dill Martini is flavored with dill which goes great with cilantro and it was growing right alongside my cilantro in my herb garden which gave me the idea for this martini.
Cilantro is a very strong flavor and people either love it or hate it . . . so, if you're entertaining be sure to ask before you mix up a shaker full for an unsuspecting guest. People who hate cilantro say it tastes like soap but I just don't get that at all!
