THE GARDEN IN A GLASS MARTINI
It's a vegetable garden in a glass.
Ingredients: Tomato Vodka, V-8 Juice, Club Soda, Hot Sauce, Kosher Salt, Garlic Salt, Oregano, Basil, Assorted Vegetable Garnishes
The Garden in a Glass Martini is almost a small liquid salad! Yup, you can think of it as a lovely blend of all sorts of fresh veggies dressed in tomato vodka.
I always use two martini picks and fill them to the brim with little grape tomatoes, slices of cucumber, green olives, yellow squash chunks, a little strip of bell pepper and whatever other veggies I've got handy. I spend more time eating than sipping.
It's a really fun, fresh and healthy martini that might even save you from having to serve up canapes. Cheers and To Your Health!
