HO HO HO MARTINI
This will make you jolly enough to ho ho ho.
Ingredients: Gin, Creme de Cassis, Grenadine, Lemon Juice, Dried Cranberries
This gin martini is enhanced by the sweetness of black currants and grenadine - a pomegranate syrup and gets a little tart kick from the lemon juice.
I garnish with the seasonal cranberries - sometimes dried and sometimes sugar dipped - but feel free to use any fresh berry you'd like. If you have to use frozen berries, don't defrost them. The frozen berry will hold up in the cocktail better and it will also help keep it chilled!
