THE HOLLY BERRY MARTINI
A raspberry gin martini adds a little color to your holiday cocktail!
Ingredients: Gin, Raspberry Juice, Lemon Juice, Lemon Ring or Lemon Twist, Raspberries
The Holly Berry Martini has turned raspberries into Holly Berries for the holidays in this gin based martini. This one uses fresh raspberry juice - I make mine by tossing raspberries into my Bullet mixer and blending until it's as liquid as I can get it, then I strain it and pour that through a coffee filter. If you can find pure raspberry juice in the grocery aisle you can use that too, much easier, but I've not been able to find pure raspberry juice in my area.
If you want to really dress this martini up for Christmas roll the whole raspberries in sugar for the garnish and add a lovely green mint leaf!
