THE JINGLE BELLS CHRISTMAS MARTINI!
Ring in the holidays in style!
Ingredients: Pomegranate Vodka, Chocolate Vodka, Pomegranate Liqueur, Pomegranate Juice, Chocolate Pomegranate Seeds
This is my FAVORITE pomegranate martini. Why? Because it's pomegranate and chocolate! Beats pomegranate without chocolate by a mile and it's a beautiful deep red color that is great for the holiday season.
I use fresh pomegranate juice, usually Pom, and I love the Pama Pom Liqueur
but there are other less expensive versions out there as well. I have been known to dip my own pomegranate seeds in chocolate and I use a dark chocolate. I think dark chocolate goes best with fruit and it's better for you too!
I do have instructions for making your own vodka/liquor infusions but frankly it's easier to buy pomegranate vodka - I admit to being lazy about pomegranates.
BTW, did you know that some scholars say that Eve tempted Adam with a pomegranate and not an apple? I have to admit an apple wouldn't tempt me but a sexy pomegranate is a different story!
