JOLLY SANTA MARTINI
Chocolate, Mint, Bourbon - what Santa wouldn't be jolly?
Ingredients: Bourbon, Dark Creme de Cacao, White Creme de Menthe, Half & Half, Chocolate Candy Canes
If you're a bourbon drinker this might be a fun change of pace for the holidays. Bourbon goes well with both chocolate and mint - at least I think it does - and this Christmas cocktail combines all three for a fun way to celebrate the season.
The best garnish is a chocolate mint candy cane - I found some made by Hershey's and almost ate them all up before they ever made it near a martini! If you can't find them you can substitute a simple peppermint candy cane.
