Spring is a great time for some wonderful seasonal fruits like the mangoes and apricots that flavor my Mango Apricot Martini. With the lovely mango vodkas out there and a bit of apricot brandy you can turn an ordinary cocktail into a fresh and delicious bit of Spring for this Easter - Passover week.
Serve it up with my delicious Peach Mango Bruschetta and have a fruit fest happy hour celebration!
