THE MAY DAY MARTINI
For those days your life goes around in circles
Ingredients: Currant Vodka, Champagne, Raspberry Liqueur, Lime Juice, Sugar Crystals
When I was a kid we always had a May Pole that we would dance around - do kids do that anymore? Even if they don't perhaps a few of you out there remember the tradition and can enjoy my use of a Carousel Horse as part of my design. A merry go round is sort of like a May Pole, don't you think?
No matter what your traditions are for the first of May you can enjoy my May Day Martini - a lovely currant and raspberry flavored martini that should help you welcome in the month of May flowers, Mother's Day and the memory of a ride on a carousel horse on a Spring day.
