THE MERRY BERRY MOJITO MARTINI
Grab your passport - you're going on a martini vacation!
Ingredients: Dark Rum, Chambord, Club Soda, Sugar, Lime Juice, Mint Leaves, Strawberries
Okay, I admit it, occasionally I drink something besides a martini and one of those cocktails is often a mojito. I love mojitos which are a Cuban cocktail base of rum, sugar or more traditionally sugar cane juice, lime, sparkling water and mint.
With the Merry Berry Mojito Martini I have taken this idea and adjusted it to the size of a martini glass by reducing the amount of soda water and adding Chambord and some fresh strawberries. It's still a very refreshing cocktail - not as tall, a lot more potent and it is now a martini!
Enjoy this martini while you dream of tropical beaches, soft foreign breezes and relief from your everyday world.
