THE NEW YEAR'S BLUES MARTINI
“New Year's Eve, where auld acquaintance be forgot. Unless, of course, those tests come back positive” ~ Jay Leno
Ingredients: Champagne, Cointreau, Blue curacao, Orange Juice, Blue Sugar, Blueberries
If you're feeling those end of the year blues or just want to add a little color to your New Year's Party this is your martini!
The Cointreau and orange juice give it that Mimosa flavor but the Blue Curacao and the fresh blueberries for the garnish pop it up with a bright Bimini blue color. The blue sugar for rimming adds a final touch of turquoise. If you don't want your guests to have blue tongues just use white sugar rimming crystals.
