THE Not So WHITE RUSSIAN MARTINI

Ingredients: Whipped Cream Vodka, Kahlua, Espresso, Half & Half, Milk Chocolate, Ground Espresso Beans
When I gambled in resorts or clubs I used to love to drink White Russians. The vodka kept me buzzed, the Kahlua kept me awake and the cream kept my stomach from screaming about not getting fed while I gambled away my hard earned moolah.
I recently picked up a bottle of the new rage in vodkas - whipped cream vodka - and after tasting it I realized it would be a nice pairing with the other bottle I had picked up - the Kahlua. In fact I thought it would be a great new approach to the classic White Russian (vodka, Kahlua and cream) so I brewed up some espresso and got to work.
I now have a new favorite for my gambling drink......someone book me a ticket to the nearest casino town and don't forget the whipped cream vodka!
