Okay, you can enjoy this martini any time you want - it doesn't have to be National Peach Cobbler Day. . . .but isn't that a nice excuse for a martini inspired by a classic peach dessert??
I grew up loving peach cobbler. My dad was the peach cobbler baker in our house and it was usually cooked over a fire in a dutch oven at a campsite. Dad was an executive with the Boy Scouts of America and we spent a lot of time camping and I always looked forward to the peach cobbler.
Now I can enjoy that peachy goodness in a nice refreshing martini and so can you! Have a peachy happy hour!
