THE PEACH PRALINE MARTINI
If anything can make a praline better it's peaches & booze!
Ingredients: Candied Pecan Liqueur*, Peachtree Schnapps, Peaches, Half & Half, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Peach Colored Sugar
I was creating a Peach Cobbler Martini for National Peach Cobbler Day and had quite a few nice fresh peaches left over and it occurred to me that peaches and pecans go pretty nicely together. Luckily I still had a nice bit of my home made Candied Pecan Liqueur (Recipe Here) as well!
As it turned out I was right - peaches and pecans go darned well together if this martini is anything to go by - this martini reminded me of those great pralines we used to get at Stuckey's once upon a vacation when I was a kid, only with a little peach flavor added. This might well end up in my top ten favorite martinis - especially when I can get ripe peaches!
