THE PEACH RASPBERRY PARFAITINI
for National Parfait Day
Ingredients: Peach Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Peach, Lemon Juice, Half & Half, Raspberry Puree, Whipped Cream
The word "parfait" is a French word that translates literally into "perfect" and my Peach Raspberry ParfaiTini is a perfect cocktail to enjoy on National Parfait Day which falls on November 25th of each year!
I used my own home infused Peach Vodka in the recipe to get the real peach flavor instead of an artificial taste, and it's easy enough to make your own peach vodka by following my basic instructions for How to Make Flavor Infused Vodkas.
The whole point of this martini is to make it look like a parfait so layering the raspberry puree on the bottom is the trick. If you spoon it into your chilled glass then gently spoon or pour the shaken ingredients over the top you'll get a really nice layered "parfait" effect. The last layer of whipped cream tops it off nicely.
