Ingredients: Raspberry Vodka, Cointreau, Champagne, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Lime Juice, Raspberries
A classic Flirtini is composed of Vodka, Champagne and Pineapple Juice - a Pink Flirtini (as seen on "Sex in the City") uses Raspberry Vodka and adds Cranberry Juice for that signature pink color!
Supposedly this martini was developed for "SEX in the CITY" actress Sarah Jessica Parker by a bartender at Guastavino's in NYC. Whether or not that's true is a mute point - it is definitely a "SEX in the CITY" kinda martini because it has all the sass of the Samantha, the sweetness of Charlotte, the tartness of Miranda and the flair of Carrie - plus it's PINK!
The Pink Martini is a great cocktail for a "SEX inthe CITY" marathon. It's not too heavy on the alcohol so you can have more than one and it's just the drink you want in your hand when you watch! Call some gal pals and make a whole weekend of girl time.
