THE PINK SQUIRREL
This ought to make you bright eyed and bushy tailed!
Ingredients: White Creme de Cacao, Cream de Noyaux, Cream, White Chocoalte Chips
Based on the classic Pink Squirrel Cocktail, this pink martini features Creme de Noyaux, an almond flavored liqueur made from apricot pits very much like Amaretto. If you have a hard time finding the Noyaux you can try Amaretto but it's not the same pink color!
Making the white chocolate dipped pretzel sticks is the same process for making chocolate dipped strawberries only you use white chocolate and pretzels instead of strawberries.
The Creme de Cacao brings in the chocolate flavor and what you get is a very subtle Almond Joy taste - not quite as sweet as that candy martini and a more mellow almond essence.
The nut element is, of course, why it's called a Pink SQUIRREL!
