Queimada is a traditional flaming historical drink of Spain that has roots in Celtic legends of witches and spirits. It is most often prepared outside and is entrenched in ceremony and ancient traditions. You can view the traditional style preparation of the recipe for this Flaming Galician Punch at Bonappetit – though they call for grappa instead of the traditional Spanish Orujo.
