THE STRAWBERRY MARTINI
Strawberries, strawberries, strawberries - sigh.

Ingredients: Strawberry Vodka, Bols Strawberry Liqueur, Strawberry Juice, Lemon Juice, Strawberry

There is nothing out there that makes me think of Spring more than all the gorgeous fresh strawberries that start showing up in every nook and cranny! I buy them by the flats then gorge myself on Chocolate Covered Strawberries and, of course, make a ton of Strawberry Martinis - I've got a nice collection as you'll see below!

One day I realized I had not made a simple strawberry martini! How could I have missed that? I've now corrected that heinous error with my Strawberry Martini!

The Strawberry Martini is all strawberry, no other flavor profile involved! (oh, OK, I did add some lemon juice (acid) to really perk up the sweetness.) Amped up with strawberry infused vodka this one gives nothing but pure strawberry love!

You can buy strawberry juice BUT it's easy enough to make if you have a blender or a juicer and it's so much better that way. Serve this one up with my chocolate covered strawberries above or my Mini Strawberry Pizzas!

I think the strawberry growers should start sending me free flats of strawberries for promoting their business, don't you?
