THE WHIPPED CREAM MARTINI Drink the martini....what you do with the whipped cream garnish is your secret! Ingredients: Whipped Cream Vodka, Half & Half, Bailey's Irish Cream, Whipped Cream, Sprinkles With the advent of Whipped Cream Vodkas, making a Whipped Cream Martini was kind of a breeze, the vodka companies kind of "whipped up" my recipe for me! In this case I've added half & half so the martini will have that lovely white whipped cream color and some creamy texture. The whipped cream flavor is all from the vodka itself. I added a splash of Bailey's for just a bit more depth of flavor. This is a sweet cocktail, but then if you're looking for a Whipped Cream Martini, I suspect you like sweet cocktails! Some Fun Whipped Cream Facts: Cream must be below 50 degrees to whip. If the cream is at or above 50 degrees it will churn into butter! Whipped cream is actually just an air volumized version of the cream itself. The act of whipping places air bubbles inside of the cream, thus increasing it's volume. Unpasteurized or unhomogenized cream whips faster than pasteurized or homogenized. For your information, little girl, whipped cream isn't whipped cream at all unless it's been whipped with whips.
